Large 2 storey SIPs side extension, using metal web joists and truss roof, incorporating a large reception area with a double bedroom and en-suite. An amazing addition to this house.
'From the very start of my project the team at Thomas Carter were brilliant.
My extension was doubling the size of my house and we wanted something which would help to create a sustainable and comfortable place to live in.
Amazingly, the insulation properties are so good, we have not needed to add any additional radiators to keep the bedrooms warm, even during the low temperatures of the winter in 2017.
It was incredible to see the house be built, going from foundations to being watertight in just 2 weeks. I enjoyed watching the way the TCL team worked, seeing huge progress every day and they were a pleasure to be with at all times.
SIPs are a fantastic way to build and I am so pleased Thomas Carter were able to make this project a reality for my family.
