This project demonstrates a great use of SIPs for extensions and additional storeys to a building project.
During the spring of 2017 Ultimate Building Services were the main contractor on a project involving the construction of four new build flats in Basingstoke Hampshire.
We had the pleasure of working along side Thomas Carter who carried out the supply & erection of the SIPs (structural insulated panel) system as well as the floor joist & roof constructions.
I found the working relationship with the project managment team easy. with good straight talking communication from the outset. The site operatives worked well allowing flexibility for changes as the project commenced.
I would be happy to work with Thomas Carter in the future & would recommend the use of their services.
